The Rotary Jimboomba Board is made up of experienced professionals, educators, business owners, emergency service personnel, skilled tradespeople and long-term locals, united by one purpose: Service Above Self.

Together, they guide the strategic direction of the club, steward our heritage venues, oversee governance and financial responsibility, and ensure Rotary Jimboomba continues to create measurable local and global impact.

Regan Jannings proudly serves as President of Rotary Jimboomba and is passionate about growing membership, developing leaders and strengthening community connection as the region continues to expand.

She is the Founder of Purple Bunny Marketing and Managing Director of Ace Driving School, bringing strategic thinking, communication expertise and operational leadership to Rotary.

A proud mother and long-term local, Regan believes Rotary is a platform for people who want to be the change they wish to see in the world.

With nearly a decade in Rotary, Mathew brings strong business management, networking and leadership skills. A former multi-site manager with Battery World, he led his team to win Best Multi-Site Franchise of the Year.

He is proud of activating the Jimboomba Hall during the 2023 storm recovery efforts and believes Rotary youth programs and community action create leaders in real and lasting ways.

John brings decades of business experience and practical knowledge to Rotary Jimboomba’s financial stewardship.

A retired local business owner and skilled trades assistant, he has proudly supported projects including Heart of Australia, ManUp prostate awareness initiatives and the club’s involvement during its recognition as “The Best Small Club in the World” (2012).

A retired teacher and lifelong local with heritage dating back to Jimboomba’s early settlers, Garry has served as Rotary President and held numerous community leadership roles.

He is deeply passionate about youth development programs including RYPEN, RYLA and RYTES, and proudly supports Rotary’s global End Polio Now campaign.

Andrew leads Rotary Jimboomba’s youth initiatives and also serves at District level supporting Interact programs.

Proud of Rotary’s role in building the first Jimboomba Ambulance Station, Andrew is passionate about developing young leaders and enhancing the liveability of the growing region.

Paul Andrew Grimston

Paul brings hands-on experience as an accomplished heavy vehicle driver, machinery operator, heavy vehicle mechanic, as well as fitter and turner.

A natural problem solver with an inquisitive mind, Paul is passionate about welcoming new members and supporting the upcoming Step Up for Breakthrough T1D event, a cause close to his heart after supporting his daughter through her Type 1 Diabetes journey.

Despite life’s challenges, Paul approaches Rotary with a cheeky sense of humour, resilience and a smiling, solution-focused outlook.

A recipient of the Bravery Medal and Queensland Police Valour Award, Peter brings 37 years of Queensland Police Service experience and extensive military service to Rotary leadership.

He is particularly proud of the ongoing upgrades to the Jimboomba Community & District Hall and values Rotary’s practical global impact through the Stop Polio Now campaign.
